Immunization Data Tool
Use this interactive report to explore and download immunization surveillance data in Ontario. Information in this tool is presented in two sections:
- Immunization coverage: contains data on the immunization coverage estimates for routine childhood and school-based immunizations from 2013/14 to 2023/24 school year.
- Vaccine safety: contains vaccine safety surveillance data collected from reports of adverse events following immunization (AEFIs) in Ontario from 2012 to 2023.
This tool does not include data on immunization coverage or AEFIs related to COVID-vaccines. For COVID-19 immunization coverage, see our COVID-19 Vaccine Uptake in Ontario report.
