Access Requirements

To gain access you must:

  • Meet the following access criteria.
    • Role in providing health information for public health decision-making
    • Epidemiological skills to understand and interpret data
    • Content expertise (e.g., sexually transmitted infections, infectious diseases)
  • Understand and respect the confidential and sensitive nature of the information.
  • Be a registered user on this website and have access approved by a public health unit or other approved public health sector organization.

Interactive Report

Provides aggregated infectious disease data that summarizes counts of reportable disease cases from January 1, 2005. Data is refreshed weekly from the integrated Public Health Information System (iPHIS). Access to ID Query is restricted and by request.

Interactive Report

Aggregated health care-associated infections extracted from the Hospital Self Reporting Initiative (SRI) database. These reports include data for Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI), methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) bacteremias and vancomycin-resistant enterococcus (VRE) bacteremias.
