Customers are encouraged to contact us for test results, to clarify specimen collection procedures or to access medical and scientific experts for advice on test requests and results interpretation. The customer service centre is located at the Toronto PHO Laboratory and supplements existing regional communication and contacts. Clients are encouraged to continue to work with staff at their local PHO Laboratory, who are the primary point of contact for outbreak notification, outreach and education.
